It's funny, ESPN tried to suppress these personalities and here we are 30 years later and I watch Rich and Dan's podcasts, but haven't watched SportsCenter in years.

I remember going to sleep to SportsCenter. Then waking up for school and it was still on. I miss the old days. Life was better in many ways.

The fact this is more entertaining than anything currently on ESPN says so much. Real journalists talking about what made ESPN special

Man I wish Stuart Scott was still with us because that would make one heck of a podcast

As a child of the ‘90’s, SportsCenter raised me 😢

Im in my 40s and was having a sad type of nostalgic day today. Then I saw this video and watched it all and I'm so glad that this will be an ongoing series! Thanks Rich and Dan for bringing back some awesome memories!

Two GOATs of the best era of SportsCenter.

Sportscenter used to have anchors that treated every day like an event.
Like they were born to do that show on that day and all of the highlights were WORKED ON.

Irony is never watching ESPN once these two left, and only watching their respective shows. This was much needed for the both of them and for most of us. It's hard to let go of something great no matter what it is. You will always seek the feeling, the moment, the glory, of whatever it is you went through. These two are complete opposites of each other but the balance is awesome. DP can be emotional but he knows how to keep it stoic and professional. Eisen is all emotion and doesn't care to show it. It's like they both needed to say these things to each other to really move on. Espn did a number on all of us, them as anchors and us as viewers and fans.

This is the best produced most refreshing podcast that Rich has put out. Please, for the love of all things, do not stop. Its awesome to hear these stories and hear the real human side of you guys.

We love you Rich and DP (yes I'm aware DP is a guest).

I hopebwe get Burman. That one is going to be off the wall.

What Dan has done will never be matched. As a student at the Dan Patrick School of Sportscasting, I feel blessed to be able to know such great people that know so much about the industry.

Used to watch sportscenter every morning as a boy — we didn’t know how good we had it with shows like SportsCenter, NFL Primetime, and Baseball Tonight — in 30 min to an hour you could get a look and feel for everything happening in sports

Being able to see the personalities we grew up with open up on their lives is probably one of the best types of content out there. Since like you've said before Rich most of us all grew up watching you guys before school, or at night after work, always being a consistent piece of our lives. It feels like catching up with people we've known for years. Really hope this series catches on and continues for a long time.

Watching my 49ers highlights on a loop in the morning in the 90’s was my childhood 😅

I love This series. I’m one of the crew guys, who did most of
This is SportsCenter commercials in Bristol. I could watch for hours on end on YouTube of these commercials. I was there when Rich did the spot with Lou Duva. Just hilarious. Cut me lou. I was also there with Dan spot with Jason Kidd looking back there were just so many great spots. I never had so much fun at work. You would be walking in the hallways and there would be mascots all over great times very fitting Rich to have Dan on your first episode. I have to admit I love watching him and Oberman and and my how things have changed at least one of them still has a sense of humor. Looking forward to all your future episodes with all the great people I work with there. I even found out Linda Cohn and hi went to the same high school. Charlie Steiner, Steve.levy, Berman, Kenny Stuart, Bob Levy,, so many great ones came through ESPN. The stable has certainly shrunk considerably great job Rich looking forward to the rest of them.
