The fact that you see the players in tears at the post-game celebration for Doc's 1K victory shows the love this team has for each other.

2024 was the prime example of Doc’s past mistakes coming full circle to a perfectly managed postseason

Dave we love you so much the Dodgers will move on after you but we will never move on from you. You’re just the man man.

It's been awesome to see Dave's trajectory with the Dodgers. He's truly been a tremendous steward of the team in a way that has allowed the players to be their best selves and build a culture of WINNING. Seeing Dave acknowledge the nostalgia walking into Petco Park and then immediately say "but...it's definitely a visiting ballpark, not doubt. Not a hometown ballpark for me; it's a visiting ballpark" was perfect. Shows a little bit of his edge. I hope my fellow Dodger fans, who have been fiercely critical of Dave at times, can fully appreciate that we're blessed to have a generational manager and culture-builder leading our team.

Dave Roberts is the best of the best. He has evolved from analytics to feeling and has won three titles. When he evolved to the best beats the best, the Dodgers have been in a position to win.
