21:05 the Oghma Infinium was the most broken item in the game when it launched. There was a glitch where if you hadn't read the book AT ALL, and then put it on a bookshelf, you could keep reading it over and over to max out all your skills. Sadly they patched it out in early 2013 when they added the legendary difficulty setting.
2:42 Honestly, it's not that surprising. In this case, Sinding kills various skilled hunters = he turns out to be a better hunter. Prey becomes the hunter - in Hircine's eyes it's a big glow up and kind of redemption. The only thing that matters for him in the end of a day, is to have someone kill someone else in the wild.
another bonus point for Sanguine's quest is that after you've completed it, there's a random encounter that can occur where an argonian named Deep-In-His-Cups comes running up to you and demands you pay 10 000 gold to him. Apparently, while you were black-out drunk, you and Sam had dared him to walk into a bandit camp, and he actually made it out alive with a helmet as proof lmao
Spellbreaker goes with Peryite as Peryite is not just the lord of pestilence but also the natural order. Circle of life and all that. And he uses diseases to maintain that when things go against the natural order. Spellbreaker's anti-magic-ness is probably just an extension of keeping things "natural"
I told Yamarz to beat the giant up because I wasn’t going to do it for him. Watched him get sent up into the sky, ran down, beat up the giant really quickly (with the power of a glitched sword) and as Malacath says “wow Yamarz was a wimp,” the man’s body finally landed back to earth. Hilarious timing.
With the Hircine Quest, you can get both rewards. Help Sinding out first and after all the hunters are dead, kill Sinding. You will get both rewards, the armor first then the ring after you leave the dungeon.
Don't forget about the hidden interaction with Boethia's champion if you use a calm spell. It adds a bit more to the quest that most people are unaware of.
