"I wish I didn´t know now what I didn´t know then".   Greatest line ever!

Bob has a way of writing songs that hit you when you're young but hit even harder as you get older. Truly an American master.

6 years ago my father passed away, he suffered from dementia. One of the last cognizant thoughts he had was to listen to this song with me. I cry every time I hear this song even today at the age of 60.Thank you Bob Seger for giving me a memory that I can keep in my heart forever.

Bob gave up his career to be with his children. Mad respect for this man.

“I’m older now and still runnin' against the wind.” Amen. This song is so golden. "Still the Same” released in April 1978 off of his album "Stranger in Town” still speaks to me all these decades later as well. Bob Seger is a national treasure. Thanks for paying him the respect he deserves. ❤

Favorite line "Surround by strangers I thought were my friends" 😍 Love him!!

You will love “Roll Me Away” and “Hollywood Nights” by Seger.

My all-time favorite song since I first heard it in 1980.  At 70, I appreciate it a whole new way than I did at 25.

I feel so sorry for young people who never lived when giants walked the earth and made phenomenal music, like Bob Seger.  I owned this album when it was new and now long for those days.  What the music industry has done to modern music is a betrayal; it's as if something beautiful has metastasized.

Bob Segar delivers every time. So much quality music. Nothing bad, just good and great.

I grew up in Michigan, near Detroit. Bob Seger is a HomeTown Hero‼️👊🏼❤️🥰😘 He never got the International nor National  Credit he so Rightly Deserved! Period!! I’m a Diehard, Solid Fan of his, Saw him many Times in Concert. Absolutely Phenomenal Shows‼️👊🏼👊🏼💯  He’s one of the Greatest Ever. He’s a Legend. He’s since retired, and Deservedly So‼️He still Lives in Michigan, Success was not on his To-Do List… He Just Did What He Loved!🥰 I’m Eternally Grateful, Thankful and Proud Of Him.👊🏼👊🏼❤️😘

I'm smiling ear to ear when you say that you're thoroughly impressed. We've been impressed for decades and have played these tunes hundreds of times because we are so impressed. And that's why it's so depressing when we hear today's music is so shallow and production quality is just not the same... you get it

Bob Seger is the most underrated classic rock artist of all time! You do need to check out the Little River Band

I’m 54 and I have been appreciating this song for a long time. It’s given me a lot of serenity for 40 odd years. Absolute classic.

This song was my big brother’s life.  Lost to cancer.
Let the Cowboy ride.

Many young people wonder why we older people listen to the music we grew up with,  over and over. It's because the music means something different to us at different stages of our lives. And most of it is fulfillment of prophesy for us. It pulls at the core of my being, as though my guts are being ripped out, to listen to this song now because every word is true.

I am 67 years old, in my opinion Bob Seger is the GOAT. I've been listening to Bob Seger's since 1973

This was my Dad’s favorite song. When I hear it, I just smile and say “Hey, Dad. I hear you.”

If you haven't already done so, your next Bob Seger reaction should be "Turn The Page".

Im about to turn 26 years old and know all these songs. They are all my dad's favorites, so i heard it all the time as a kid. Seger is one of my most listened to artists. I once saw a comment that said listening to Bob's music is like eating comfort food and its so accurate. Unfortunately he no longer tours, i saw him on his final one in October of 2019, so glad i had the opportunity.
