Exactly what it says. Penguin has dinner with his family. And Gotham's King is back at long last. Oh dear...

I own nothing: all clips in this video are from Gotham season 2 episode 17: "Wrath of the Villains: Into The Woods." I just spliced them together. Gotham is property of Gotham FOX.

This version of Penguin had parents who truly loved him, and they're both killed in front of him. This is actually more tragic than the version without parents loving him

If ya think about it this is like a serial killer Cinderella.

Treating Oswald like Fish mooney did.

WORST IDEA EVER.

"Where are they?"
"You thought they tasted the same."
Absolutely beautiful line.

Revenge is not a dish best served cold. It is best served “tender”

Hugo Strange: Yeah Penguin’s sane, he will be fine.

I really enjoy that creepy, nasally, and sadistic tone he has. It fools you into thinking it's a bluff, because no one would take that tone seriously at first but... Sometimes it isn't the six foot ten swamp monster that gets you first.

What kills me is the he was actually trying to be a good person and they fuckd him over, and he let it slide until they went too far. I love how Penguin showed that everyone has a breaking point. Also him cooking her kids and ha ch ing her eat them was pure and utter sadistic pleasure and kinda funny.

That scene was a tad disturbing and thats quite high on a Gotham level. But I was so glad to see Penguin back!

Damn shame about Elijah!(Oswald's father). he was such a forgiving person even after Oswald told him about his past and what he had done. Not everybody is as forgiving as Elijah was,I liked him!!

The fact that Ozzy did try to be better, that he was happy and they took away not only his father, but his sanity. You cant blame him for sliding back into his old ways.
