私はどちらかというと
センス=線 > 色
のような気がします。
そこにたどり着くには膨大な経験を経るのだと思います。
以前、あるテレビ番組で、「三國シェフが15歳くらいの時、『ぼくには、捨てるものがないのです。落ちているものは、全部拾っていきます…。』と言っていました。」と言うエピソードを番組でお聞きしました。
それ以来、ぼくはその言葉を忘れられなくなりました…。ぼくの人生の鑑とする言葉です。
植物が好きだから、ガーデニングも27年経過したり、ハンドメイドも9才〜継続しています…手は、遅いけど好きで、コツコツ続ける事に飽きない…
三國シェフ👨🍳の継続する力は、センスも磨くというお話しを聞いて、パワー🆙してきました!💪
今日は、素敵なお話しを有り難う御座います…👨🍳
点をどれだけ貪欲に拾えるかは、要領や効率では達成できないものでしょうし、そうやって得た点を線として繋ごうとする苦労をした人だけがセンスを磨けると思ってます。
どちらのセンスを大切にするか？
①お金が一番、料理は金儲け
②お金より料理は愛情や技術
人を感動させる
①と②によって
同じ料理人でも違います
しかしお金に基準を置く人は
料理に愛がなく金でしか人を見ない
②を大事にする人は
人を大切にし笑顔を作れる
どちらの人生も
間違ってはないですが
料理をどう捉えるか？
そこでしょうね？
思い浮かぶのは「感性が豊か」「探究心の持続性」でしょうか〜？🙄💭
私の友人達は非常に個性的で、何時も刺激を受けています〜😅
お料理・インテリア・好みで統一された食器類・ファッション等…。
お掃除🧹🧽と言えば、あれだけ神経質だった昔が…嘘のように、ズボラになりまして…😆💦
夏は増毛に居られるChef、涼しくて🎐羨ましい〜🥰

ただ、あまりやり過ぎると周りの連中との折り合いも悪くなってゆくので難しいですねｗ
