(10/31/24) This video has seen an uptick in views due to recent events regarding the other members of the band. They have since left and as of writing this update, Tim is the only member of As I Lay Dying remaining. While exactly what transpired is unknown, it is almost certain that Tim’s behavior is a key factor, as many of the members have made references to their moral limits being tested. It seems Tim has not learned his lesson and likely never will.

(11/27/2024) More developments have been made in regard to Domestic abuse allegations from both Tim and his ex wife Dany. Please stand by as I attempt to gather all of the information.

Pro tip: the hitman online is always an undercover cop.

Fun fact: I bought a vip package for his band Austrian Death Machine to help fund their album and that money went towards hiring the Hitman 💀😂

his tumblr post would’ve made sense if had he been apologizing for/justifying his cheating but “i gave up on god and marriage so i hired a fkn hitman bc divorce is a hard” is just bonkers.

Megan was my friend's english teacher at a private school, in Solana Beach. I told him about his arrest and how he tried to try to hire a hitman to kill her. He was shocked to the core.

It just frustrates me how quick people were to forgive him. Like if someone attempted to off one of your family members would you be so quick to forgive?

The way this video aged is so incredibly ironic
Tim never changed, even after all the effort it seemed he went through to redeem himself

Regardless of everything, 94 hours is still an unbeatable classic.

His defense that anabolics caused him to be angry, to the point of murdering someone, is absurd to anyone that's ever used anabolics.

Man I remembered when this all happened.  I was a Marine in the service and my Staff NCO who played in a band was really familiar with the scene at the time and with the bands in it, one of those being AILD.  He couldn’t believe it, and when I look back now I think it’s even crazier that they took Tim back in.

Life hack: paying for divorce hurts your wallet less than going to jail and paying restitution along with alimony

Boys who poop vs. Men who shit

… I laughed harder at that than I thought I would like to admit 😂

this one makes me feel so mad sigh i can’t even believe people forgave him that fast

as someone who grew up in the San Diego punk and metal scenes, this was such a wild thing to have seen unfold in real time.

As *MY WIFE lays dying

WOW the bandmate destroyed him!

Man I remember when I first found out about this and how frightened and upset the wife must’ve been when she found out, just imagining your ex tried to assassinate you and failed. Loved the video dude 🧡

I still remembered on how shocked I was when I found out.

But I do hope after all that he’s keeping out of trouble.

Edit:  absolutely phenomenal video.

Though Tim is a great vocalist and an early influence of how I scream, I don't think he should have been let back into the band. Despite how good he is, there's thousands of vocalists who are just as good (if not better) who are all hungry and looking for work in such a niche genre.

I hope you get to Blood on the Dance Floor, eventually. These are fantastic.
