Thanks, Yen, for another food/cooking video.  I would love to eat bun rieu with all those great stuff in there.  Wow, the crab process was quite time consuming.  Tomatoes and tofu always makes a great combo.  That would be great to see your Saigon version bun rieu.  That's too bad you ran out of eggs to making this because I know bun rieu should always have eggs too.  That's good you're trying to stay in shape with badminton.  Hopefully you are stretching prior because that's how injuries start.  Thanks for sharing this video.

We caught crabs in nets on the lake front when we were kids.   Louisiana Blue Crabs get pretty big!  They were at least the size of the adult hand including all the fingers, or we threw them back to get bigger!  We boiled them in a highly seasoned Louisiana crab boil and eat the crab meat.  We also used the left over crab meat to cook dishes such as Seafood Gumbo's (soup you eat over rice) with shrimp and okra, or stuffed crabs or crab cakes!  Your food looked delicious but we don't have Vietnamese restaurants where I live.  We don't have much variety where i live.  I live in a rural area and we have an occasional Chinese restaurant, but mostly Italian or Seafood restaurants.  Seafood is plentiful here.  I can buy a pound of shrimp peeled and cleaned cheaper then a pound of ground beef!  This week a local grocer has frozen peeled and cleaned small shrimp for $3 US dollars a pound.  Ground beef is $6 - $9 US dollars, depending upon how lean it is.  We cook a lot of pasta dishes with shrimp.  It is enough to feed a family, often with leftovers for the next day!  We make a cream sauce with butter, cream, green onion and garlic and toss the rinsed shrimp in it until they are cooked and serve it with pasta!   We also cook a dish called Shrimp Creole in a tomato sauce that is well seasoned and eat it over rice.  When you get in the bigger city, you have more variety of international food, but not in the smaller country towns.  I really enjoy your videos!

Though that food looks delicious, I'm sure even if I drive to a major city,  and shopped at an Asian Market I couldn't get half of those ingredients.  
Interesting fact: our common rice is what you call "broken rice". "Sticky Rice is quite costly,  comparatively,  and harder to access".
My question today: what you call "seasoning powder"? Is that Knorr brand? What seasonings are on that seasoning powder? Or the primary flavor? Thank you.  I love to learn to cook some things from you.
