"I ordered a frappuccino, where's my FUCKING frappuccino?!"
-Chester Bennington 2004

"why does it merge together so well"
Because Mike shinoda is a fucking beast. He did 99% of the work on this album. People who hate on him for continuing his band can piss off.

You should definitely check out the live performance for this, people had no idea Jay-Z was gonna show up to this. LP basically asked their fans who their favorite rapper was in a survey and those who said Jay-Z were giving tickets to this. The energy is so good, everybody just enjoying themselves. And then they made that album out of it. Mike Shinoda said he wanted to top everything MTV could think of with this first installment of the show, they never topped it after this first one :D

the only nu metal band (outside of limp bizkit) that has genuine hip hop roots. It’s exactly why jayz sounds so good on these tracks.

Mike Shinoda doesnt get enough credit for being the mastermind to a lot of the Linkin Park beats and etc

The live performance of 99 problems points of authority goes hard

Man seeing younger people hearing this is dope. I was in the crowd for the live performance of this album

Iconic collab! This EP is criminally underestimated.

WOO NO MORE AUDIO ISSUES!!!

It goes so well together because Mike is a mastermind producer.

You should check out Fort Minor which is Mike's rap project !

By the way, even in current shows they open numb with this version, this was as popular as Numb itself

Mike Shinoda masterclass

The live performance of this is literally a must watch

Im one of those 30-35 year olds filling up your views... Im having so much fun along with you on every video maannn your reactions are great keep it up  💯

Brother wasn’t even a twinkle in his dad’s eye during 911

My favorite part about this album is that MTV wanted to do a collision course for a bunch of other artists, and Mike Shinoda was so determined to kill this so hard that no other mashup would come close.

2:26 Mike Shinoda is the God of remixes. Crazy insane beat 🔊

Let's get some ReAnimation to follow this up! Even MORE collabs set to LP's legendary tunes!

my first cd ever, 10 yo showing up at the music store with lunch money to buy this banger
