Heavensbee smirking while Katniss had her short moment of rage was amazing. He knew that was needed. And he's a great actor, too. RIP

But the most important is that Primrose is allowed to keep Buttercup

At this point Plutarch didn't begin to suspect that Coin was just another Snow.

Effie is a bit pathetic, but at the same time, she was thrust into a situation she didn't deserve to be in. She was representing one of the most disadvantaged districts of Panem, one that has had only two victors prior to Katniss and Peeta, one of who vanished after her hunger games and was never seen or heard from again. She did as she was supposed to, support the tributes and make them look good, and she ended up loving them. And for that, she was likely to end up executed, had it not been for Plutarch rescuing her, knowing that she would work with Katniss abd was one of the few Capitol citizens she trusted.

Plutarch could've saved the both of them the trouble and said Katniss specifically requested for her and Effie would've lunged at the opportunity yesterday

1:42 “My sister gets to keep her Cat.” (Katniss Everdeen)

Prim must’ve enjoyed every second making that list of demands for Katniss. But when it came to the point where she can keep Buttercup, Prim was being really devious. Because Prim was gonna test her and her selflessness with Buttercup (whom Katniss despised greatly). She was gonna keep Buttercup and Katniss was going to accept that.

PSH was so brilliant. Rest in peace

3:31 now that’s the effie we love!! ❤
