Vehicle finder sound great.  A lady saw here in front of a club before dealer said it was ready for pick up. Mechanic was out chilly in her car.  She sued dealership.

ARE these services only if you purchase from MB or any dealership

They have not impressed me with the car wash and a loaner.

Of course they are going to check out your vehicle so they can upsell you services.

Have a Skoda superb they ask if you want the car washed for free .when I got the car back it wasn’t washed 🙄 but I guess they are not Mercedes 🤣

I’m on my fourth Mercedes. The only one I bought new was in 1984. Sadly, seems like anything in the last decade is so full of plastic and technology. It’s hard to justify paying these exorbitant numbers for cars that aren’t as well made. So, through massive over pricing and depreciation you get some pretty small minor benefits featured in this video.

Having your car washed at Mercedes is having it hosed down, thats if they can be bothered

they offered me that valeting service at mercedes Salisbury, England. An elderly foreigner with a bucket of water and a sponge, which he had just used on another car. They insisted on a courtesy car, for one hour of investigation. They then  falsified my my mileage, fortunately I had an image with time date and position. I did not pay the bill and left.

Wash but no vacuum. Liability concerns.
