Who would have thought that one eighteen year-old geek with a guitar could become such a fabulous star, alone on a massive stage with a massive audience, in 1960-2020+?
Brilliant career.
I’m learning Apache.
Many congratulations Hank.

Who is listening to this in 2026?

I love how Hank is just smiling like a kid at Christmas during the whole performance. There's a man who loves what he's doing.

One of the greatest guitarists ever! Thumbs up if you agree.

The look on his face. He’s truly enjoying being up there playing. Wow!

🎉 Still good in 2026 🎉

I'm listening 75 years old and still in love with that piece of music.

It seems impossible that he could make those sounds from 1 guitar. I absolutely love Hank Marvin for his talent and the shadows for helping him to be so great. Also for the backing of Cliff Richard.

## j'ai 74 ans et je me sens toujours jeune quand j'écoute Apache j'ai 15 ans🎸🎶💥

Even after all these years I will never tire of listening to Hank play Apache. I not only love his guitar technique but the sheer joy on his face when he plays his Fender Axe! Absolutely the best.

Truly one of the all time best guitarists ever.

This is the man everyone has followed,  generation after generation. 🎉🎉🎉.

I have always loved Hank Marvin. Great sound. Still listening in 2026.

The sound of the Shadows.Incredible guitar playing made to look so easy.
Many people forget that Hank Marvin and the Shadows were loved just as much by all ages, from children to grandparents and it made them all feel so good

A timeless classic.    It does not get any better than Hank Marvin.    He paved the way for the other greats to come after him.

One of the great guitarists who understood faster isn't better.

Absolutely brilliant! I love the Shadows and my childhood was filled with theirs and other great music from the 60s. Hank Marvin is a legend.

Since 1965,  I  have been listening  to  Hank Marvin  playing guitar.  His melody touches
the deepest core of our hearts. I  call  his  brand of music as ' soft melody'.
Hank Marvin is  simply  par excellence.

The grand master of clean playing , the amount of guitarists inspired by this legend is immeasurable.

The master.
