🚨 THE BBL ERA IS FINALLY COLLAPSING... and not a moment too soon 👀💉

From Instagram baddies to A-list celebs, EVERYONE is quietly reversing their BBLs... even the ones who built their careers on it (COUGH COUGH KIM KARDASHIAN) 🍑➡️🗑️. With the rise of Ozempic, the "Clean Girl" aesthetic, and the death of the overdone IG look... fake is officially OUT and natural is the new flex... 💊✨

So what happened? Why are BBLs suddenly embarrassing? And how did we go from hourglass to heroin chic — AGAIN?! 😩 Let’s talk about the downfall of the most toxic beauty trend of our generation 🪦💀 'LIKE' the video if you enjoyed, and let me know in the comments what video's you'd like to see in the future! Love, Lael ❤️

RIP to the women who died chasing this trend.

Once again, poverty has saved me.

My body works and doesn’t give me any problems. I’m good.

As a paramedic, the mommy make over is NOT worth it. Seen women lose their lives after surgery due to blood loss, stitches busting open and some infections. Husbands and children walking into the bathroom to see their loved one died in the floor post surgery.

Being poor has saved me from getting surgeries haha

My late surgeon father always said "do not have any surgery that you don't absolutely have to have". He also said that bodies do not like being interfered with and that every surgery is potentially dangerous.

Making a body type a trend never works out well.

I saw a botched BBL in the wild the other day. I was horrified. The lady had stick thin legs and a huge uneven BBL. We’re talking her cheeks were clearly different sizes. The sad thing is she was walking around with high heels on and short shorts. Clearly feeling herself when people were staring in horror. 😮

I never cared for a big bum, but I'll never forget how I felt when my new boyfriend at the time told me I should work on my ass... I was 20 (2018). When I responded that I'm not built like that, I'm skinny, athletic and square... He told me I should get a BBL. It broke me, thank GOD I didn't let that man change me! After a few years of insecurity I love myself the way I was born

The Kardashians are like a real-time social experiment that is ongoing.

I’ve got a lot of regrets in my life, but not getting a BBL isn’t one of them.

My rule of thumb is that if the model in the ad doesn't look like me, then it's not for me.
I probably save alot of money.

The line about their bodies being from workouts always drove me nuts because even if you literally only work out muscles to grow your butt you'll get big thighs too. You can't havw legs that skinny and a butt that big its silly

@MsMcCoolio1221 1 year ago

On “Botched” the doctors even talked about how many women were DYING from this surgery!!! No thank you! So Scary!

I used to be so insecure because I was small. I never went over 130lbs in my life and lost even more weight after I gave birth. The best thing I did was started to learn to accept myself for who I am. I’d get told by some distant family members I was “too skinny” or even my own black peers who tell me to “just eat a cheese burger” because “even white girls have a bigger booty and boobs” than I did. I would physically make myself sick by overeating just to prove that I am black by my assets. I’m 25, and I no longer feel that need to please others. It’s a long way, but self love IS possible!!

I was a fitness instructor and personal trainer for 28 years and I can tell you, there is NO way you can gwt a big butt working out and not have that affect your legs too. You cannot work just your glutes without involving your legs.
The dangers of this surgery and the way many women NEEDED to have it, boggled my mine

@MusiciansRule07 1 year ago

And nothing of value has been lost! BBLs are the most dangerous surgeries to get, whether you survive it or you don't, so having it fall out of favor is good. Bodies shouldn't be Trends.

I got nauseated by the section on "sit down air" smelling like rotten flesh🤢 I've never been team BBL, they are way too deadly, they don't look good! For the sufferin' time and money you put into getting one, just think of all the good you could have been giving to the world!! Spend your time and money helping the less fortunate and your inner glow will have you way more beautiful🥰

As someone who grew up with a big butt, 😅I was called fat and that I needed to lose my butt cause it was too big. Then BBLs blew up and I was so confused😂
Beauty Standards truly make no sense lol

Another trend ( not as crazy as bbl surgery) was freckles. I’ve seen videos of people wanting face freckles and even went so far as getting them tattooed in their faces, it’s just wild. Many of us were bullied about them and suddenly it was trendy and everyone wanted them. 🙃
