I really wish it was legal to take away someone's right to sue random people, especially when they have so much money that lawyers fees aren't an issue and it's readily apparent that they just use lawsuits as a way of beating down someone they don't like and draining them of money.

Honestly you think if the text messages about Apollo were so called dark humor he would have clarified that in the response video but not only did Billy not even bring up the texts messages in the response he avoided bringing them up all together until he got confronted with them in court

This video actually explains now why people are so confused by todays loss. Myself and a lot of people were confused where the deformation about Apollo came from. It was barely mentioned. You pointed out that it was removed, that will explain why suddenly he stopped talking about it. It was the reason for the case, and so...yea - it did come across as awful.
