Come spend the day with me in New York City for a little antique hunting, fabric shopping, and design inspiration.
I’m working on the upstairs bedroom makeover right now, so I headed to Good Olde Things to hunt for antique door knobs and other architectural salvage, then made my way down to the Garment District to start looking for fabric for the headboard I’m designing.

There’s also a little coffee, wandering around the city, working from somewhere other than home, and plenty of ideas getting added to the project list along the way.

This is exactly what I want Wednesdays With Whitney to be: a little peek into the creative process, the errands, the inspiration, and all the pieces that happen between the big makeover videos.
