Hello everyone!
Welcome to this new video where I'll show you in just a few minutes how to replace the front disc brake pads on your Smart Fortwo, first series, model 450. I purchased the new Brembo pads online at a really low price, and let's see how they perform! For those who don't know, the first series Smart from 1999 to 2006 had disc brakes at the front and drum brakes at the rear.
ATTENTION: If your discs are worn and have created the famous "step" or "raised edge," you must use sandpaper to smooth the part of the pad corresponding to the step of the disc so that it seats properly on it.
