Great stuff! Finally you got the DO88 open air intake on your lovely 9-3!

Perfect upgrade air in tech Bravo my friend 😉 💪

I remember doing this back in 2010 and only thing I could find on how to do it was a Reddit post !

Awesome bit of kit that 🤟🏻😜

i have this. its great!

Just bought a 2011 9-3 Turbo4 it came with this do88 with 87kmiles for $1800 😂 thought I was tripping it took a lot coming from the A4 platform to get my turbo to really be heard, first ride I was stuck on these lol

Amazing dog 😊

Finally, full do88 kit!

I also removed the plastic tube under the filter, did not really notice a higher intake temperature under same conditions. Anyways, I dont think it matters that much, since the air is heated the most at the turbocharger and then cooled by intercooler

You should make a video about the EPA shutting down Brew City Boost. They tuned my 9-3t before a drunk driver crashed into it and bent the frame. Seemed like a lot of saabs got totaled around that time before the prices spiked. Not saying the EPA shared my VIN with tech companies sending out targeted advertisements to distracted  drivers in order to cause crashes & get saabs off the road and increasing new car sales over used, but its not impossible, and insurance companies would make more in the end. These things are going to be rare one day.

@AutoAutopsy can this open air intake kit fit on a saab 9-3 1.9Tiid SportWagon 2005?

Great mod add on!
What temp thermostat are you running?

do on the 9-5 next

Dear sir, your videos are very good. Keep with hard work. Is there anything that you would add into 900 88 turbo 175hp into gearbox oil? Any additive  to keep the gearbox smoother? Thank you !

What wheels (and size) are you running on your 9-3? They look sweet!

Can you tell cone size? Got kit without cone and no info on filter sizes((

You gona do a maptun tune? Thinking about doing it on mg v6 2008. So many options, whoch one?

12:05 How do I get that information? Do I have to use tec?

Im quite distrustful to cone air filters. If they provide more air to the engine that means they are less restrictive and more nasty stuff gets to the engine. That might be an issue when the car is daily used on dusty roads. Automotive carmakers are actually pretty good at designing air intakes and it might happen that the only benefit is the sound as the power changes by few HP but all that for the cost of long term reliability. There is a reason why they are not installed in the factory even in performance cars

В этом вопросе Пхармат не убедителен вопрос предопределения

I love my DO88 air intake, sounds awesome. Did they give you this for free? See if you can get the air intake hoses and coolant lines out of them aswell. Red would be a nice colour to match the air inatke.
