The Troll Hunter’s Road | Warhammer Fantasy Audiobook
War For The Old World
9,068 views
A young Dwarf raised on songs of legendary warriors finally gets his chance at glory when he follows the infamous Slayer Brokk Varrson into the World’s Edge Mountains to hunt Grukkh One-Eye, a monstrous troll king.
But the deeper they travel into the frozen wilderness, the more the heroic stories begin to rot away. Beneath the songs lie abandoned comrades, butchered travellers, old failures and a Slayer willing to sacrifice anyone for one final glorious death.
Surrounded by trolls, goblins and the ruins of forgotten Dwarf halls, the young warrior must decide whether becoming a hero is worth becoming a monster.
A bloody, grimdark tale of axes, trolls, broken legends and the ugly truth behind glorious songs.
