Young James driving the boat and loving life with his dad. He’ll have those memories forever and be able to watch back on the videos too. That there is more important than anything, true happiness.

It's really great to see a youngster and his dad spending time together and being taught new skills that will make memories that will last a lifetime and hopefully he'll be able to pass down what he's learnt from you to his own kids when he's older.

We both love watching your channel. Whether you are doing solo fishing, on a boat or from the shore, one of your foraging vids with your wife and son, out with James putting out your lobster pots (he is whooping your butt) or just out fishing with James, it's a fantastic watch. We also put out fishing vids but just don't have the time to dedicate to it enough as my main profession is a Woodturner. We also do vids for how to use my tools (Glenn & Liza Woodturning, Craft & Carbide Chisels). It is purely for fun, when we have the time to go fishing (Glenn & Liza Fishing The Holderness Coast). It's great to see your relationship with James (Best boy). He is so polite and kind. He's really learning from the Master. Even driving the boat (wow), at his age that is impressive. A testament to how you've both raised him. Keep doing what you all do. We would have loved to do a day out with you on your charter boat but we've got 3 dogs and live on the Holderness Coast. Too far I'm afraid. We'll continue to keep watching your vids from afar. Glenn & Liza

Not feeling particularly well today, but watching you, and James, lifts my spirits!

James has gotten much better in a very short space of time especially when it comes to playing the fish and keeping the line tight with no slack, it's incredible. Great job James and Dad.

James is pretty much able to feed the family now with his rod & reel!

He can steam out under close supervision, haul, size and select the lobster pot catch with an assistant, catch his own small bait, capture a few selfies with the wrasse then bring home some slabs of pollock which he can help to fillet!

The future is bright!
