Dough Ingredients:

3 cups water
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 chicken broths
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons oil

1 kg sausage or 16 sausages
Parsley to taste
Breadcrumbs for coating
Soybean oil for frying

Notes:

Cup used in recipe measurement: 300ml
Recipe yield: 102 units per party
20 medium savory snacks
Weight of small sausages: approximately 12 to 15 grams because I didn't weigh them
Size: 5 cm
