I've been through times when I looked at the bills and didn't know how I was going to pay everything. It was in the kitchen, with a simple recipe like this, that I found an opportunity to start a business and build my own.

Today I want to share this recipe with you, because maybe it's also the beginning of your story.

📝 Dough recipe:
• 500 g of wheat flour
• 10 g of dry yeast
• 20 g of sugar
• 10 g of salt
• 1 egg
• 80 ml of oil
• 240 ml of water

Mix all the ingredients and beat in a mixer for 5 minutes or knead by hand for approximately 10 minutes.

Let the dough rise until it doubles in volume. Then shape into 16g balls, let rise again, and brush with 1 egg yolk mixed with a drizzle of oil.

Finish as desired: sesame seeds, wheat flour, cornmeal, oregano, grated cheese… unleash your creativity!
