How they thought getting a second opinion from the same bloke was a good idea is beyond me. After finding a dead body in his house how could he just be let free?
These dangerous offenders should only be released into the homes of the "professionals" who decide they are safe to let out. They should be made fully criminally responsible for any future offending of their crazed "guests".
Fine example to set for his son. "going to do bugger all about it , we've got enough on our plates" It's unfathomable how disgusting some people are & they're allowed to raise children. Fortunately his son had more common sense & humanity than that pratt
It's interesting that so many of these super violent people (usually men, but not always) are so compliant and "model patients/prisoners" when they're where they should be.
shame on that retired policeman who wasnt going to do anything after he spotted Harvey at the hospital. it took his son to change his mind. thats terrible.
I'm sorry...when one requests a second post mortem, one expects a different pathologist! What, is this bloke Patel going to say, 'oh, shite, sorry, I was wrong the first time'?! If I ask for a second medical opinion it's from a different doctor or consultant. Insane.
What isn't mentioned is Hardy's arrest - following his discovery at the Great Ormonde street hospital, Hardy tried to fight the two arresting officers - knocking one out, the other had his eye dislocated from it's socket and was stabbed through the hand- this constable managed to restrain Hardy.
The Police weren't happy with Freddy Patel's first coroner's report, so they asked for a second opinion- which came from Freddy Patel. I'm no genius, but I think I might have detected a slight flaw in the system there...
The police were direct, forthright and, I feel, did their job to the best of their ability. Freddy Patel should be locked up for his gross misconduct. is this man still practicing? I sure as hell hope not, for the sake of everybody. As for the "chief executive" of the health authority, his feeble washing-of-hands was utterly pathetic. As a former registered mental health nurse, I've had my fill of pathetic chief executives of health authorities who are only capable of making bland and meaningless statements in the face of evidence which screams "glaring incompetence".
The police footage showing inside of Anthony Hardy’s flat and of one of his victim’s body wrapped inside the black plastic bag lying in the spare bedroom really gives me the chills. I really wouldn’t want to have been in that flat myself.
