I swear he makes all his videos 30 to 45 minutes long so you could watch it doing cardio

Congrats on getting married man. I’m getting married in September. You motivate me everyday! Hoping for some gains before the wedding!

Now that you're married....yoga and pilates era??

Had a rough break up today, needless to say... Gym arc gonna go insane.

Not farming here. But a huge thank you to you Sam. A year ago was 130 kg of just 5’7” fat nervous shite, now sitting at about 98 kg (still a couple 10kgs to go) but been lifting, playing rugby, just being consistent. Life is hella good and you are a bright light in what can be such an overly manosphere YouTube sphere

Started at 262.5lbs and am now at 161lbs after about a year you help me stay consistent for sure❤

In short, don’t let imperfection get in the way of your progress. If you fall off, get back on asap.

Next week marks 1 year since I've been going to the gym consistently FINALLY for the first time in my life at 39 years old. I made the decision to stay dedicated to myself even when I don't feel motivated. Some days I need to drag myself to the gym, but I always feel good about going, and I'm a little terrified of losing my progress, so that keeps me coming back XD. I'm glad to have found Sam's channel and a handful of other fitness Youtubers that have good vibes and just want to work hard. Here's to another year!

When gym goers say it’s a lifestyle, it really is. You need to make positive changes mentally and physically. Teach yourself and learn what works best for you and set goals and challenge yourself. Stay positive and humbled.

You re a breath of fresh air in fitness community, down to earth normal being

I’ve been struggling a bit with consistency, largely because I think my reasons were tied to improving my body composition—basically just not looking so out of shape anymore. Once I reached that point, I felt a bit lost; that motivation vanished because the original reason for going was gone. So, I’ve been trying to redefine my reason for hitting the gym, rather than just waiting until I get a bit chubby again and falling back into that "superficial" cycle of motivation.

Heck yeah, been trying to put people on 3-D for forever. The best overall energy drink out there, and the most affordable. Can’t beat it

The tip is all we need Sam ✊

Start with a couple days a week. And every month increase it by a day until you hit 7 days a week.
By this point it is such a strong foundation of your routine that it just doesn't feel right to skip the gym.

Sam a while back you said in a video “if you fall off the train it’s all good, just get back on it” or thereabouts and that’s the absolutely truth. Goin in and having a bad workout is better than non

Loved the first car talk.

A Sam Sulek Stoic gym philosophy channel would be amazing

I appreciate your videos so much! Been trying to go to the gym more often, at least 4 or 5 times a week in the last month and a half, paired with eliminating certain foods and drinks and unhealthy habits. Definitely feel better mentally and physically and I'm really excited for what the future has to hold. Congrats on getting married, and thanks again for all the motivation and support from you and your videos!

Sam you can get a DJI mic 3 camera adapter now and put it in the hotshoe, gets rid of the cable 💪🫡
