I'm supposed to believe that she maintains her weight with a muffin, strawberries, carrots and a bunch of water.  Suuuuure.

so we all got an ED right

need to suppress my appetite w these

i use these to keep me from binging

watching this cause i wanna scare myself away from it

I'm pretty sure the women at 1:03 consumed more liquid calories than anything that day.

The lack of vegetables in these is disturbing, yet not surprising.

5:02  I feel like she’s the only honest one about what she actually eats

Jesus it makes me so much more motivated
36 lbs to go 💪

All these people, fast food morning, noon, and night. If they just stopped eating junk for 1 or 2 meals a day like theyre doing they could be much healthier. Wouldnt even need to cut it out completely just stop eating crap for meals.

Literally watch this stuff to feel better about myself cuz this is gross

That first woman, isnt coffee an appetite suppressant?

am i the only person who hates it when a person eats something and they literally stick their tongue out to grab it into their mouth? Like the girl at 2:20 does it

Whenever I watch these compilation videos all I hear in my head is "hey ya'll!! Heres what I eat in a day to ensure I keep over by 40!!!"

When I was overweight (more than now lol) I never(!) ate half a muffin or half a donut or half anything. I always ate the entire thing. I can’t believe this tiktoks I  just can’t

Ngl these are so comforting

So much ultra processed food and sugary drinks! 😭 Even just cutting out or greatly limiting their intake of those foods and beverages, or making healthier, homemade versions of them,  would make a huge difference! It’s not just about the calorie and macronutrient content, but the ingredients used, as well!

How are they affording this lifestyle??? Lol

0:16 her hair is so cute

makes me feel better about my recent binges. the idea that some people eat like that all day, every day and seem PROUD of their inbound heart failure...
