That girl has no control over her winning. It’s a lack of maturity and sportsmanship. At the end of the day they are creating music and the artist are happy being recognized.

these bunch of immature fans is dragging down the entire kpop fans.
They spent too much time online. they think the group's success is theirs.
Get a life guys! it is just music! It is not that deep.

Just treat all people nicer. It seems to be lacking in this world.

Sounds like an inferiority complex in an insular group. A problem of modern social media communities.

You were a gamer ? I love it! Knowing that you were and still are part of so many fandoms across music, games and other pop IPs, is normalizing my own tendencies to involve myself is these spaces. Thank you for sharing ❤

Wasn’t vma’s fan voting? If it was then it’s on the fans and it’s horrible that a fandom would drag her for winning.

I don’t know how to tell you this but CORTIS fans include a lot of older women “nuna fans” and they can be very toxic as a fandom too. As a Harvard student tbh I don’t have time for none of the k-pop fandoms because all of them seem to be a little too toxic. I found it best to just quietly support the specific groups or members.

And on another topic regarding your last livestream. And it’s so true. I only got to watch some of the end of it. (😅 I’ve been really busy lately, and barely have time for any social media including YouTube) but yeah. Let’s just say I’ve been involved with idols personally and they can be really possessive, super jealous of your male friends, a bit too controlling, and just too much at times. (I can confirm this about two of them for sure.) But from what I can tell they do tend to date private people who aren’t in the industry even though they do mess around with other industry people. They don’t tend to date them as much. And their companies keep it hidden, and mostly neither confirm nor deny their idols dating. So these idols aren’t exactly the angels that people think they are.

I’m friendly with one of the CORTIS members. I won’t name him. And he’s cool but … let’s just say even and maybe especially idols tend to have big heads and uh 🙄 ego.

NOOO COERS WE NEED TO LOCK IN 😭😭

In a previous video, Nomadic Kitty asked the question if the bullying behavior of Kpop fans was an intentional operation. After listening to this video, I'm starting to think that this Kpop fandom bullying activity is intentionally supported by the Kpop industry executives and leaders. The Kpop companies are quick to issue statements about seeking legal action against the online fans who harass their own idols. However, the same companies are extremely quiet about their fandoms attacking non-Kpop companies, artists, and award shows. It's almost as if there is a secret plan for the Kpop industry to hijack the music industry from the West with this abnormal horde behavior. Did Nomadic Kitty figure out awhile ago the real deal regarding what's really going on with the Kpop industry? I'm beginning to think she did.

Is it a thing in many kpop fandoms, throwing hate and dehumanizing others and professionals and artists and collaborators they work with.. I've seen it so well in BTS Army Fandom's parasocial behavior..Its rather sad seeing this ..  Why can't they hold themselves accountable cyberbullying and throwing unnecessary nonsense hate without knowing the person or collaborators etc
...😊

Isn’t it also a SKorean cultural thing coz we get so shocked at how vile & frequent it is….it happens in a niche sector online but it looks like on steroids in idol kpop spaces…mainstream corporate k-media included.

The hate is so boring, so predictable, and lacks any creativity. Cut, paste, 💤💤💤

Resident Evil: K-Pop Edition 😂

Because they are literal children

It's the younger sasaengs ...silver ARMY is not in it

I think some don’t understand how big and diverse US is. I believe Seoul may be the size of Atlanta, Georgia, a city where local musicians can make a living without traveling too far!
Also what if western musicians demand eligibility changes to Asian based awards ?

As Western fans I think we have a puzzle with some pieces missing. The discovery that a doctored sense of intimacy with idols created rabid loyalty was just destined to go wrong.

I think our Western celebrities would get the ick if they were required to FaceTime with us or hold our crusty little hands for 15 seconds. All while baby talking as they physically drip sexually that’s confusingly confirmed as asexual since they are saving themselves for us. Wat?

To the West - ARMY remains as it was intended - an acronym for fans - not an actual job.

The Noonafication of fans is dangerously played with by the industry. Just because it’s the majority of the fandom in terms of demographics does not mean we should foster the stereotypical negative behaviors.

I don't know anything about situation, but I will tell as person that is Army for sosy 10 yeas I saw a lot of group comes, a lot of fandoms grow, etc, and I will say when I started to get into BTS and look if some another group interest me, the fandoms were toxic too but they were in their nish, when they were fighting it was on twt or cone comments but still it didn't become like "big news" that everyone was talking about (and I will add that too much people puts light on this things this should be nipped in the bud and not discussed on multiple videos)... I never put time into this things but I saw what was happening or read about things later, but then 9, 8 even 6 years ago fandoms tried to bury a lot of this things before it become big news outside k-pop sphere, but now it simply is not something people can do, all this become too big, bc a lot of groups are in international sphere, people say k-pop still is a nish but people have interned and a lot have time. Let's as example say fandom wars between Army and Exo fans it was huge but it was always in kpop contined environment, outsider didn't really know much, but now fandoms fight with everyone, kpop artist, wester artist, producers, even this bands crew.... As a Army for me the worst part it that I too don't understand it, bc I had like 95% great experience in fandom, and then I see people that call them self fans fight in comment, bully artist or spread hate 🙈 and I'm like "were are this people coming from" ... But they are loud, the negativity is always louder, and this is sad...  About Cortis I have very mixed feelings about this group, bc when I saw their debute for me it was too much, and I mean what was on twt mostly, people prised them so much that I wonder what kind of magic they have... All the comment were so high that it was scary, why? Bc if start is this high there will be big fall oflr big heads, and honestly when I hear about this group it always is something this leaves bad aftertaste... And most of this is connected to fandom. And it is scary bc they are soo new and there is so much problems already that ale not that big on surface but hmm...

I wanna take my oldest two to see Cortis as a test run to see if kpop really is their thing lmao so we will see if they come here i dont know she is either so they attack her because Cortis didn't win? Childish behavior this is why kpop fandom labeled toxic
