I'm reacting to boracity magazine's breakdown of the BTS iHeartRadio Music Festival 2026 controversy, and it's a wild one. The Woody Show called BTS ARMY a bunch of losers on air, ARMY flooded the sponsors with receipts, and the host ended up posting a public apology that I am not buying for one second.

I'll be real, iHeart putting BTS on last makes total business sense, retention is retention, and award shows hype the headliner every single time. But the Disney+ broadcast genuinely had problems, the sound mixing was off and the abrupt ending of their 15-minute set compared to everyone else's deserved the criticism it got.

Where the Woody Show host lost me completely is the Jung Kook thing. You can debate fandom behavior all day, and yeah, every fandom from the Swifties to the Beliebers has its over-the-top side, but purposely saying "Jung Cook" while laughing with your co-host is where it stops being a take and starts being disrespectful. And that apology video? His eyes were darting around like he was reading a script, I am not convinced he meant a word of it.

Let me know in the comments if you think that apology was real or completely scripted, and tell me what I should check out next. Subscribe for more.
