I was a cocktail server at a 5 star hotel when I met Simon. I had no idea who he was at the time. He seen me say Good Morning to a woman as she walked passed and completely ignored me as if I were invisible. He asked me if that happened often, I told him yes. He then complimented me on my character and began to ask me about my life goals and give me advice on how to achieve those goals. This was one of the most impactful interactions with a guest that I’ve ever had. I quit that job a few months ago and am now living my dream

Tom is a good listener, he always allows guests to speak n go with flow.

We are now in 2025 ; still and forever this talk is one of the best and will be the best of all , such a prestigious and fulfilling speech with a lot of values and views and insights

The more video interviews I watch of Simon Sinek, the more I am noticing a pattern of repeated statements exactly the same way.

I love this man how he expresses so clear that as a leader there should be no toxicity towards your employees.  My most highest respect to this wonderful human being..

One of the most interesting things about this man is that he is consistent in he's statements and ideas. You can watch any of his videos and his thoughts don't change about leadership, human behavior and businesses.  Even the Noah story :)

Real leadership is in people connect..driving passion..if you can ignite people's passion..you don't have to monitor them closely .
They will create miracle for sure but then it always takes time..if you want to show growth or short term success then People connect is not for you..

Real Success doesn't happen in short term..

You need to groom, nurture, handhold people and make them feel that they are the company .

They will always deliver beyond their own expectations..
