There’s Arnold, then there’s everyone else.

Honestly this is the peak of body building! There is no need to be bigger and more massive than this. It just doesn't look good.

74 was definitely peak Arnold. He was a different animal that year.

The twisting back shot of Arnold has never been duplicated, it's simply the best in BB history imo!! ICONIC

Sure, young guys today look up to him, but they don't realize what an impact he had back in the 70's. Before him, NO ONE gave a crap about bodybuilding, except a few guys. He was so charasmatic and was everywhere promoting bodybuilding.

Best Chest and Biceps in human history

Was considering not going to the gym tonight, but after watching this, I'm going to the gym tonight.

Crazy he has more definition than Derek from the front lmaooo.

To give a pespective, Arnold in pumping Iron was around 230 lbs on stage, in 74 he was around 245 to 250 on stage, almost 20 pounds difference. It was insane.

This really puts into perspective just how awful the open class guys look today. In his front double bis and most muscular at the ‘25 Olympia, Derek had zero separation between his front delts and chest, and zero separation between his bis and tris - and he wasn’t the only one. Classic is just gonna keep getting more and more popular.

Who remembers Arnold Schwarzenneger as a bodybuilder in a television episode of The Streets of San Francisco?

@EVARANGIHUNA 9 months ago

The greatest bodybuilder of all time. Period.

An actual picture of Arnold doing construction is priceless. Incredible to see that and to think what he would eventually accomplish throughout his life. There’s no guarantees of success for anyone but if you have a goal and a vision and dedicate yourself wholeheartedly to that mission, then you give yourself a chance at greatness. Arnold will always be an example of that
