People need to realize there's a difference between modernization and pandering

I honestly don't think the Powerpuff Girls were ever meant to be complex characters. It's even in the theme; Blossom is the leader, Bubbles is the smile and laughter, and Buttercup is the toughest fighter. That's basically all I ever needed.

There is one thing I will never forget about the original show:
"This is our dad. He made us in our laboratory by accident"
"Don't worry professor. I was an accident, too!"

when people are saying "it's like what Teen Titans Go does, except worse" you know you have a problem.

Original series: Ages like fine wine
Reboot: Ages like milk that was already spoiled from the moment it came out of it's dead cow

The leash disappeared.
The leash disappeared.
THE LEASH DISAPPEARED WHEN THIS IS A DIGITAL FREAKING CARTOON.

PPG reboot logic:
Bubbles can be smashed into a wall without feeling anything.
Gets arm broken by a fucking rat's tail.
what kind of logic is that?

I wish the show was as cool as that intro.

"So, once again, the day is saved! Thanks to Billy, Mandy, and Grim!"

The saddest irony is that when a cartoon tries too hard to be updated and current it always becomes dated and forgotten faster.

I just hate how all these remakes treat kids like they're stupid and put no effort in making the show.

if the original Powerpuff Girl's was Craig McCraken's baby, then the 2016 reboot is probably his deformed grandchild.

Poor Craig, not only he has to deal with the cancellation of his newest show (Wander over Yonder), but he also has to deal with alot of stupid people asking "are you working on the the new PPG show?".

The changes to Blossom honestly pissed me off the most. She was my favorite in the original. My mom handmade me a Blossom costume for Halloween when I was, like, 8 because I loved her so much. Why did she go from being the smart, mature one of the group to a perfectionist with little to no actual personality?

Let's not forget the biggest casualty of this reboot: Miss Bellum.

Macklemore DID die for this PPG reboot

Pan Pizza: Says it isn't the worst cartoon
Puts on Worst Cartoons list
Me: K

I absolutely hate how in the reboot got rid of Ms. Bellum due to the unfounded fear that she would be too sexual for younger viewers

BUTT QUESTIONS!

...

Fuck's sake, guys...

I'm just glad that this reboot is an actual failure and they only play it once on Sundays now just a matter of time before it's cancelled.
