right.... where can I find some dirty water....... lol

Dude, you're a great storyteller... Interesting stuff! 🔥

Thank you to that fisherman at the gym.

I really enjoyed this story Brandon.  I am an older guy and haven't been in the gym in years and was overweight with about maybe 25% bodyfat up until last year.  I am 5 10" and weighed about 185-190lbs with zero muscle definition.  So I got lean first.  Very lean.  I dropped down to 142 lbs and could see my abs and adonis belt again after many years and estimate to be about 7-8% bodyfat.  Then I joined the gym 3 months ago and started training very seriously.  I can already  see quite a bit of progress (probably because of muscle memory) and I haven't looked like this in a very long time.  I plan to put on 15-20 lbs of muscle by next year and hopefully within 2 years have about 25lbs of lean muscle while maintaining my 7-8% bodyfat with a caloric intake of about 2200 per day.   I am in no rush and I'm trying to enjoy the "Journey".    God Bless ya Brother.

Man, 7 weeks with giarida is like forever.  I myself do spend a lot of time outdoors, and thus, it's an illness that I always keep in mind, though I hadn't heard about it causing a rash.  That's new to me.
I'm super glad you recovered.
The other thing is that it's good that you were young and strong with a strong body weight reserve because going weeks with giarida can kill the very young, old, or otherwise already ill.

I hope you are feeling better man and thanks.

Look at all the ads for antacids, Pepto-Bismol, Prilosec, Mylanta, Pepcid AC etc. Another thing I noticed is how long people stay on the toilet to take a crap. If it takes me longer than a minute, I consider myself constipated. When they finally do drop a load, it’s often an explosion that sounds like air rushing out of a balloon. If you eat crap, your crap will be crappy.

You are an excellent story teller!

Dude, I agree with some of the other comments. You're a great storyteller!

So….thats an insane takeaway hahahahaha

DUDE!!! I had the exact same learning experience, except mine was cannabinoids hyperemesis syndrome… crazy life lesson

I had a similar situation in 2019 I randomly developed total intolerance to Gluten at 23 years old but I didn’t realise what was going on and ate bread & pasta often.

The amount of times I had stomach pain & bathroom issues I felt suicidal doctors weren’t any help it was unbearable but I eventually through the process of elimination figured out it was gluten.

Now I only eat rice and sweet potato as my source of carbs no more bread or pasta 😂

Here in Japan, where I live, I’ve noticed that people often go to a doctor after just a couple of days of symptoms like the ones you described. I wonder whether that contributes to Japan’s high life expectancy. When I lived in the US, people seemed more likely to go to a drugstore first and choose medicine based on what they thought was wrong, sometimes waiting until they were much sicker before seeing a doctor. Delaying medical care can allow some conditions to become more serious.

Yep... Beaver Fever. I caught that hiking the north country trail many years ago. Sucks.

Amazing story! Appreciate very much brother for sharing! Very inspiring!

Keep making these videos, please
I feel like you’re cutting right alongside me rn! Love you brother

You don't get a Christmas tree in your lower back until we'll below 10% body fat.
