Hotel Transylvania has my favorite line of all time.

I still demand a Jontron x NC crossover

Coraline is definitely one of my favourite movies.

I know it's not a film, but Over the Garden Wall should be a new Cartoon Network Halloween tradition.

Paranorman and Coraline were absolute masterpieces. Cabin in the Woods was amazing. Also, even though these were not on this list Frankenweenie, Evil Dead, and 30 Days of Night were all really good.

One movie I would've included is Monster House, anyone else agree

"Coraline" is a great film. Great cast, beautiful stop motion and miniature sets, and a classic story of courage and fantasy. Plus, the other mother is a amazing villain, Teri Hatcher did an awesome job as her and Coraline's real mom.

When people call Hotel Transylvania an Adam Sandler film, they're clearly focusing on the wrong guy...

Hotel Transylvania is the directorial debut of Genndy Tartakovsky, animation virtuoso who created Samurai Jack, Dexter's Lab and 2008's Star Wars: Clone Wars, as well as being a major creative force behind The Powerpuff Girls as well... This undoubtedly is why the animation and editing is so well praised here by The Critic. Matter of fact, I'm really surprised he didn't mention it (faulty research?).

That Sandler turns in a top notch performance, along with the rest of the voice cast, I attribute to Tartakovsky's commitment to making a quality product. I have no doubts he would've passed on Sandler if the role wasn't right.

This is definitely a Genndy Tartakovsky film.

When you realize that ParaNorman is basically the exact opposite of Scooby Doo and the Witch's Ghost

There's actually a theory that Michael Myer's mask is a prototype of the mask from Halloween III that made him go crazy

Great to see ParaNorman, Hotel Transylvania, and Coraline on here. They were three animated movies that I loved to death, especially ParaNorman. I have to thank Brad Jones for that one because his Midnight Screening episode was the one that sold me on it and it sure didn't disappoint.

I'm glad he appreciates Paranorman so much. It's one of my favorite movies, but I kinda feel it gets forgotten a lot.

Coralline is the most beautifully awesome stop motion movie I've ever seen since 2017, and the time I saw the nightmare before Christmas

You know, you can review good things.

Paranorman is one of the best animated films I have ever seen. How it lost best animated film to Brave at the Oscars that year still blows my mind to this day.
