I was working the theater when this movie came out back in '99. I was 17... First time watching it was the last showing of the night... I love camping and the woods, and to think that this was 'real'... This movie terrified me!!  Left the theater with a changed sense of prospective... It was dark out and I had to bike 5 miles home... I slept with my light on that night. It messed me up for sure. Terrific flick!

I can't get enough of these filming locations.
Even better when its a movie I love.

Never stop this series, it's my favorite content on YouTube!

I never skip the intro, never gets old!

Sean getting out there into the woods, with the ticks, and bugs, and Blair Witches, and other nasties... all for us.
What a guy!

I thought it was really cool how the school teacher just makes up the story about the Blair Witch as her little daughter reacts to it.

Really stoked that Matt was apart of this. You definitely got THE guy for this episode.

Who needs a reboot when we're literally watching a 2025 Blair Witch Project lol

It’s so cool that cinema makes holy grounds out of mundane places

I love how the hotel guy just kicks the cup instead of picking it up and throwing it out lol

Matt definitely didn't want to walk beyond Coffin Rock lol

This guy is 54!!??? That blew my mind lol i mean i knew he was older but i thought like mid 40’s at the most. Great job taking care of yourself dude

"Blair witch nerd fall down the hill." 😂

As a teenager in 1999, there was a specific vibe when "The Blair Witch Project" released. It was the first of it's kind, that was actually scary. My 2 cousins and I went to the theater to watch it.

Matt really didnt want to go out of his comfort zone.. Dennys and a large beer was the only thing on his mind

I was 14 when I watched this movie opening weekend.
I thought i watched a snuff film.. we won't ever get that again.

I loved the movie. I was 29 in summer of 1999, and I lived just a few blocks from a theater. Walkiing distance to it. I saw the movie in the theater around 7 times that summer !!! I saw it twice in one day once, I saw it by myself in the morning, and that night a friend wanted to see it, so I went with them !!
The movie was also the first DVD I purchased on October 22nd 1999 when it hit home video. I purchased a dvd player and the movie at a Best Buy located next to the theater I saw it in all summer !!

That vibe to 90's clips compared to present day is crazy ....

I grew up in Germantown, Md. I will say, it is a very haunted area, which only makes the og Blair Witch more entertaining. The land has a lot of unsettled energy. My house and all of my friend’s homes had consistent activity. The woods were also known for having activity. Also, the log you guys were looking for may have collapsed. It was up still as of 2012, me and my friends would play in that creek and sit on the log. I don’t think it’s there still

I’m 49 years old and new to your channel. The Poltergeist video brought me to your channel and I am now a fan.

I haven’t fully checked if you’ve done a video for The Entity but if you’ve never seen it, you must. Be sure to check that it’s the 1982 version!
