Hey everyone! how was your weekend? are you enjoying the more forest/woods related stories?

These titles either go like "If you work in the bedframe manufacturing business don't drink coffee before 6 pm.." or "There's a monster in my closet" there is NO in-between

Robert: "I returned what I took, I'm all clear."

Monster: "That's where you're wrong, kiddo."

The way Robert was just ASKING for bad things to happen -- taking the rock, going into the circle, etc

RIP to anyone with headphones at the end. 😭 I think my heart stopped for a moment there. 💀

The entity's sound at the very end made my skin crawl. I'm glad it was only described during the story and not actually heard until the end. Listening through earbuds the volume made it feel like it came from directly behind and to the left of me. Big kudos!

Nothing worse than a creepypasta being in your home country.

My theory is that returning the stone didn't save Robert because the stone, itself, was a trophy taken by the creature from another victim, perhaps from an unfortunate Pict or Druid. Whatever the entity is, it's far older than it seems.

Whenever one of these is third person, you know just they’re screwed lol

this story was abolutely TERRIFYING just the thought of being stalked in the forest was creepy enough but the whole campfire part where the guy was sitting and the reveal of his head being completly 360 turned around was so chilling

The buildup while it's sitting outside the tent next too fire and realization sent chills down my spine that was great

My dumbass was listening to this at like 3am in my kitchen where I have no blinds. Im just trying to scare myself

Loved this story.

Admittedly also got a chuckle out of the fickleness of the main character.

"Something's stalking me! Ah, it was probably nothing. I'm being hunted! Ah, just a misunderstanding. Something's out there! Ah, just my imagination."

I've been loving the recent foresty theme. Almost revives that feeling of being around a campfire in the middle of the woods. Stayed up just a little bit later and I'm blessed with this! Can't wait to hunker down and listen through this

"RETURN THE SLAB, OR SUFFER MY CURSE."

"WHAT'S YOUR OFFER?!" -Robert.

That last roar actually made me jump! Great story, and great narraration, as always! :D

I actually live in Scotland myself, have done all my life. I don’t live near the highlands, I'm further down south (for personal privacy's sake, I'd rather not be more specific than that), but I took plenty of holidays up and around there when I was young.

This story really evokes a strong nostalgia for those days to the point that early on, I almost forgot I was listening to a horror narration, then when it inevitably started to take a more frightening turn it really hit right! This might actually be my favourite story on this channel just for the mix of nostalgia and classic campfire story style spookiness.

I love the stories where there is a monster stalking the forest. They give a weird, cozy, hidden feeling while also being on edge, like watching a monster from inside a bush. hidden but not safe. So cozy.
