€7 for an ambulance?! That's insane!
It's free where I live.

A moment of silence to all the Italians who got a heart attack in this video 🙏🙏

No most europeans do not "chop up their noodles" past the age of 5. AND PASTA IS NOT NOODLES !!!! 🤣

The American approach to health care makes me think no one hates Americans more than Americans.

I'm 73, British living in France for 15 yrs. Last Summer on a very hot day I cycled into town for groceries without having breakfast or lunch. I called in at a Roadside Farm Shop where I began to feel very dizzy. On the way back to my bike I collapsed in the road, just managing to crawl under a shady tree. Shallow breathing, palpitations, blurred eyesight, I thought something bad was happening.

A French family pulled up and saw me lying on the ground, immediately came over asking me what was wrong. My French is not great, but I managed to explain it was probably a low blood-sugar faint. They called the Paramedics, here they are Firemen (Pompiers) who turned up in minutes. They had little English but checked me out thoroughly, BP, Vision, Resp. etc, the couple bought me some fruit from the stand and I gradually recovered. It was scary. But the cost? ZERO! No invoicing, no request for Insurance Card. Zip!

That's Social Care. Not "Communism" just Human Decency, State caring for the People not the Bloodsuckers!

America is a third world country with a Gucci belt.

We Italians created over 300 different types of pasta, in every conceivable shape. Why in the nine hells you guys choose spaghetti if you are going to cut them? Just use a short pasta like penne, farfalle, fusilli, maccheroni...

In Germany, if you get sick during your vacation and can provide a doctor's note, you get the vacation days back that you were sick. So you get new vacation time. Vacation is free time that is supposed to be spent relaxing, and that's not possible if you're sick the whole time.

The fact that you consider 'efficiency' when it comes to eatting food tells me everything I need to know.

The sickest thing in 'Murica is that employers ask their employees to “donate” their unused sick days to colleagues with a longer illness such as cancer – instead of simply granting them paid leave, as decent human beings would do.

I'm from Poland and chopping spaghetti still sounds... disgusting. If you chop spaghetti in front of italian tho, he or she may chop you.

If you cut your spaghetti anywhere else than in the USA, you will look uneducated.

Cutting up your spaghetti to eat faster? Might as well stick your steak in the blender then.

It sounds like the US didn't really abolish slavery. They just extended it to the rest of the population....

Do you really not know why your healthcare is so expensive? Seriously?  I’m Australian and even I can see it from all the way over here!  Red lights are flashing saying “Corporate greed is controlling the US!  Top Executives, get your profits here!”  You pay them those profits.

If you have to pay 3000 for an ambulance, it should be considered a downpayment to buy it.

So with the cutting of spaghetti. Where i'm from there are 3 types of people that eat cut spaghetti:
1. Children that are too young for the full length noodle
2. Elderly who can't eat well anymore
3. People with a disability/injury (basically people who have to eat like the elderly)

Most other people either twirl the spaghetti or scoop them up with a fork (i don't know how to describe/call it any other way tbh)

I once had a date with an American woman who had been living in Portugal for several years, and I asked her if she was learning Portuguese. She said, ‘No, why should I? Everyone speaks English.’ At that moment, the date was over.

Cutting your spaghetti/noodles like that is sacrilegious

Enjoying a meal has nothing to do with efficiency, brother! It's wellness, savoring the moment!
