Welcome to the third episode in the *Shed Light 💡* series, a new pottery studio tour series where I visit working potters across the UK to explore the creative spaces where they bring their ceramics to life.
In this episode, we meet Sophia McEvoy in the peaceful Suffolk countryside, South East of England.
Sophia gives us a tour of the studio she has been working in since 2017.
Sophia shares insights of how she came to work full time as a potter. We learn the construction, organisation of her creative space and her day to day working rhythms when it comes to creating her vintage interiors inspired pottery.
Shout out to Sophia's studio buddy Maggie who appears muiltple times🐶.

Whether you're a potter planning your own studio, a ceramic artist looking for inspiration, or simply curious about the behind-the-scenes process of making pottery, I hope Shed Light gives you plenty of ideas.
The series continues throughout summer where I'll be visiting other inspirational UK potters to discover how their studios have been shaped by their creative practice, the challenges they face, and the unique ways they work.
