I believe I have met Willie today, I was on a cruise and I was curious how the workers in the engine room worked like, and I was suprised to see, there was only one, one worker and he looked a lot like the streamer I always watch. The ship captain referred to him as "3 Gen Willie" because he managed to take care of all three gens by himself.
