So this whole album is about a friend of the bands death, his hallucinations and eventually his death jumping from a bridge in televators

Eriatarka is peak and idk why people aren't giving it the love it deserves

Take The Veil is the true album ender, btw.

we NEED to get bro to listen to Relationship Of Command

31:40 They have so many great songs, but Eriatarka will always hold a special place in my heart. So cool to see someone else vibing with it for the first time!

THE MARS VOLTAAA

You just posted two of the best post hardcore albums of the mid-2000’s. This and Juturna. you’re in the right era

@23:01 "Bro this shit is crazy. I feel like so much is going on in my head right now." 🤣 The perfect description of what it feels like listening to The Mars Volta.

didn't know the last part was cut out yesterday lol

you are reacting to some fucking godly albums, first two circa albums now DELOUSED brother keep going

I really loved how much you felt this record

Orchestrated Chaos is how I've always described Mars Volta. One of my favorite bands. Insane talent in that band

My dad introduced me to Televators when I was 11, and it quickly became one of my favorite songs. I tried listening to other songs in De-Loused, but I simply wasn’t ready to comprehend The Mars Volta at that age 😭 It was only this year when I revisited this album, (and their whole discography), and they genuinely changed my entire perception on music, lyricism, song pacing and whatnot. The storytelling in their music is truly a journey. (Even if you have to look up the meaning of every line 🤣) Anyway, this album holds a special place in my heart. Eriatarka is also my favorite on here! Amazing takes!!!!

one of my favorite records of the 00s

LETS GOOOOO BET YOUR ASS IM GONNA REWATCH THIS, this album is genuinely amazing man.

“Ball of perfect” is the best way I’ve heard this described.  Man I enjoy listening to these. Keep on keepin on man 😊

So early, I remember the last attempt to upload this 😭
No, but for real I’m so glad that you gave this a try and enjoyed it, their other records are a bit more challenging but they are an incredible band that I get so much out of

Cedric and omar are the best 2000s afro duo.

It took me a while to really get this album, but now it's one of my favorites by anyone ever

Yo I hope you do the rest of their albums, I think the next one (chronologically) will blow you away, it has a 33 minute song.
