I ventured onto Chiba's infamous traffic-congested route, Prefectural Road 8 (Funatori Line), by motorcycle!

My intention was to investigate the holiday congestion, but I got caught up in emergency road repairs due to a sinkhole and police traffic restrictions, resulting in a stop-and-go hell of less than 20 km/h… I'll explain the realistic road conditions and congestion points from a rider's perspective.
