Andy, without a doubt, this is probably the best video I’ve watched on your channel. Don’t get me wrong, the bike testing and your reactions are thoroughly enjoyable (I look forward to every new instalment) and the IOM content was a step up again, but this one really had the ‘feels’. Great story, great video footage and epic scenery backdrop.
I think it would be a crime now, to part with this bike. It deserves a story all of its own, charting your partnership of future touring adventures. Keep up the great content and if you and your Transalp ever find yourselves carving your way through Dorset, drop in for a cuppa.

This was such a fantastic video, it encompassed so much of the reality of life, of older bikes, of wet roads, of adventure. An 18 year old Honda is just time proven, time served, it'll get you there, and back again.

Mate, promise me you won’t change anything with the channel! This is gold! Long may it continue! Great content and adventures! Absolutely fantastic. I’ve ridden and driven those roads many times, a wonderful part of the world, and the staff at the hotel are awesome. Thank you for all the hard work and effort you put in! 🇬🇧❤

Best video youve ever done, and this is my 1st comment after watching them all, thats how good it was, more needed please.

Fantastic watch from start to finish. The honesty, humour, and genuine experience made it really engaging. It's refreshing to see someone putting faith in a budget bike and documenting the reality of it. Great content!.........Well Done 👍👍👍👍

Best video you’ve done so far pal, I watched your journey from when you started learning to passing your test and having a bike stolen and adventures you’ve been on, you are an inspiration to all guys of our age group. Keep up the good work your channel is brilliant.
Well done 👍

I would echo most of the other commenters here.
Definitely the best biker video you've done.
We all get sucked into bike reviews, bike magazines, motorbike shows & looking at anything to do with bikes.

But you've now shown what it's really about.....
Riding the bike for miles & hours in the saddle.

I think the touring bug has bitten you. You've got the real taste of it now.....I'm pleased for you.......hope to see more.👍

By the way, a nice C& CC site in Moffatt. Ask Claire to drive the Motorhome there, you bike it.....then take her as pillion on the many, many fantastic roads around there.

You tube is full of people with new bikes your last few videos have moved up a notch.please mate keep em coming

I never had any doubts about the Honda Transalp a fantastic Iconic motorcycle.
This is you're best video imo, there was nothing wrong with your previous videos but this was special 👌
You're a natural down to earth  bloke and presenter.
Well done 👏

Really enjoyed that! Thank you! As the owner of a 40 year old Honda, as a general rule, if you look after them, they’ll look after you.

Andy
This is one of the best I have followed all of your journeys and enjoyed them all more tours like this please 🏍️👍

Brilliant video Andy.
Followed you and Claire for a long time.
Definitely great to watch and this one and the Isle of Man you have taken them to the next level.
Once i get my health and licence back i will want to do this trip.
Thank you for the inspiration
Keep up the good work

Andy, you've outdone yersen! This is brilliant - editing, voice-over, vlog, scenery. Loved it.

Best video you've done on your channel so far - can see the hard work you've put in.

You've got my vote for a whole travel series now 😀

Cracking video, the beauty of old bikes is no technology to go wrong. On that front a paper map never runs out of charge. An old trick was to plan your journey write the junction / road numbers down and stick it in the top of your tank bag.

This IS your best video yet.
It's a Honda course it's gonna get you there. Even if you struggle with the fuel cap like I do on my VFR. When you decide to do Europe, and you will, let me know I'd love to come along even if the girls drive our respective MoHo's to meet us! PS  My VF cost me just £750!

Well done Andy, This was a fabulous travel film. I think you're onto something here. Thank you for your hard work on the video, a pleasure to watch.

You absolutely nailed the essence of why we ride in this video.  It doesn't matter what you ride as long as it makes you happy and gets you to your destination.  I'm off shortly to ride from home here in Sydney to Phillip Island Victoria for the final motogp race at the circuit with 3 friends.  2500kms over a week. Best form of therapy you can have

What a great video Andy, well done
It proves you can trust an old honda
I told you this bike will grow & grow on you, they are fantastic 👍

Andrew, that was a cracking video, and the Scottish scenery was beautiful. Well done, Honda, for getting you there. Cheers.

Oh yes !

Really enjoyed that one, well presented, edited and entertaining.

That was an adventure.

Your summing up of the benefits of running a low value bike is spot on.

Well done to you.
