In todayโs POV cooking video, Iโm preparing a Parmesan pork and rice bowl with a fresh tomato and herb sauce, and gremolata.
This one turned into a quieter, prep-heavy day โ more about the process than the rush of service. From morning delivery and prep, all the way through to service.
The pork loin was butterflied, tenderised, topped with a basil, garlic and breadcrumb stuffing, then baked and finished with parmesan. Served on yellow rice with a fresh (uncooked) tomato sauce and a light gremolata on top.
And in the endโฆ one customer came back for seconds โ always a good sign ๐๐๐
