i think fugo's stand is also resemblant of his abuse. its why the stand is obsessed with cleanliness, and attacks via disease.. he feels dirty

One underlooked aspect of Fugo’s character to me is that in the anime it’s shown that he was the first one to join Bucciarati. The fact that he had been part of the team the longest but was also the only one to leave makes his choice even more tragic.

What if Fugo's name was Freako and rather than his stand being called Purple Haze it was called Twerkle Haze and it made everyone who inhaled the gas start twerking

i just realized. its really funny that its pretty likely after only mista giorno and trish (probably in contact but out of passione entirely tbh) survived, at some point fugo had to realize his old crew not only almost all died but the 2 survivors are now his boss and superior

Fugo was a victim, not by a creepy professor or bad personality but the story itself because he was too good of a character

Fugo is like that fever dream that was cool, but you woke up at the moment that it was getting genuinely interesting.
And then that book is you trying to continue the dream by going to sleep again as fast as possible before you forget it forever

Fugo was actually my favorite character when first started watching Part 5. Thought Purple Haze was amazing and just so cool. Wanted to see him get control over his anger then he just got fucking tossed to the side and I cried.

I never understood why people hate on Fugo for leaving the gang. He was being realistic. Bruno, Abbachio, and Narancia ended up dying. Why risk your life and betray your boss for a girl you don’t know? He was smart lmao

we never saw fugo eating gabagool so there is no way he was really in passione and therefore was obviously just there getting inspiration for the hit show the sopranos that he would write later in his life

My Personal Head Canon is that when Araki had make the Fugo is a Traitor Plot that he would have replaced Cioccolata. Because both work with deadly Diseases as their Stands. I know that is far fetched but i personally believe that that is possible that Cioccolata was a Replacement for Fugo as a Villain.

I remember when I first watched the season I was on the edge of my seat waiting for Fugo to come in the end to help the Jobro during the final fight, having overcome his fear of the Boss and maybe sacrifice himself for Naranchia.

the fact fugo gets so much hate even today because araki decided to not make him a secret traitor the whole time is crazy, it honestly wouldve made part 5 way more interesting
