Nice to hear your views on these topics regarding different approches on how to act and behave.
And codfish oil is also important, but highly recommend getting the original bottle oil and not the capsules, as the capsules can get "stale" easily, and in general is a worse product than the original oil.
Hope any of this advice helps a bit in the coming winter and dark season :)
