Join us as we celebrate parkrun's 22nd birthday at Carlisle Park in Morpeth.

It's been quite a journey for parkrun which started as a time trial in Bushey Park back in October 2004.

We've been delighted to play a small part in its success and what better way to celebrate their birthday in such beautiful surroundings.

This is a tough route but has our training been paying off as we both attempt a new course PB?

I have been feeling under the weather this week so would I be able to beat 24:06, while Paula was trying for a sub 35.
