Your life splits into two timelines: BL (Before Lean) and AL (After Lean). Choose wisely. We can't all guarantee success in life in terms of mass millions or being a professional athlete or whatever, but we can determine if we stick to a consistent diet and exercise routine.

“How the f**k do you not have time to eat less?” - #Facts 💯

Bro is telling the truth. I’m living proof of it, real talk! I’ve lost 20lbs. In two months. The looks I get from woman…. FUCKING CRAZY! And I’m not even in final form. This is just from diet, gym, and locking in constantly for TWO MONTHS! I can’t wait for 3, 6, 9, 12 months locked in! I’ve already had the arm grab and asking if I work out. Dude is telling the truth! BUT, you must fight the hunger pains, be disciplined, consistent. You work hard, you get the rewards. Anyone reading this and is not there yet, YOU CAN DO IT!

I promise you he’s not lying. Isekai is the correct word. Women coming on to me, cashiers giving you discounts you ain’t ask for, it’s literally just like “that time I got reincarnated as HIM”

Had never been under 15% body fat, got a six pack for the first time at 35, body game is real, daily viewer of your videos, keep motivating and speaking wisdom 💎

I know I'm in every damn comment section of your videos but bro your videos and advice are helping me come down so quickly was 315 middle of last year I'm 217 as of today gut is gone muffintop on the decline and upper/mid abs showing like a MF!! idk who needs to hear this but LiSTEN to this man and keep going down the lean path the only path! 💪🏾

Women are attracted to ambition as well because it’s a sign of high testosterone, whether you’re lean or not is the clearest sign of your ambition and discipline, both masculine traits

100% facts. Until you're there you don't know what you're missing

I was 20% at the start of my cut, and now I'm 15%. I noticed more compliments from strangers than usual. I've literally been going to this same restaurant for a while now and the waitresses be saying I look big and asking if I've been hitting the gym recently even though I'm losing weight lol. Gonna get to 10-12% and see how it goes, keep up the content 🔥

Lean is law. Your physique isn’t just physical it’s a reflection of your discipline, identity, and standards. But it’s deeper than just showing up plenty of people are in the gym every day with no real change. That’s because identity drives everything. Real discipline is doing what you don’t feel like doing nutrition, intensity, consistency outside the gym. When that’s dialed, your energy and presence shift and people feel it before you even speak. I’ve experienced this firsthand people notice, some respect it, some keep their distance, the envy is crazy but either way it’s felt. This isn’t just aesthetics, it’s alignment

I’m a woman & I’ve been in the gym for about ever . It wasn’t until I did these two things that my life changed . track macros and start calisthenics . 1.5 years in , the ppl of the same gym now film 🎥 me & ask me tons of questions about how i grew the patience to transform .

I locked in . And yes , I get treated completely differently . It’s the way society is . Calisthenics & meal planning snatched my waist . I thought doing crunches built abs , it didn’t . Doing actual core strengthening workouts and eating for fuel vs no reason at all , life changing .

Those dips built my upper body in 1.5 years that 3 years of regular lifting didnt

I am in Cancun Mexico. The information on getting lean on this channel is 100% accurate. I was stopped today in Cancun by a 50 year old Mexican man who asked how old I was...I said the truth, six weeks from being 60 years old.

And today around the pool, so many younger men, who don't have my physique, locked eyes with me. They knew that I had done the work.

I think the commitment & the hard work exudes & radiates.

Social media isn't real life. It selects for the top 1 percent; people in the real world, on the other hand, are typically overweight to the point where obesity rates (in the West) are rising. Once you get lean, you enter a whole mode of existence that most are gatekept from.

The double wrapped burrito guy has become the south star 😂

I’ve been watching these on the daily 👍🏾

Lean is law 💪

44 and I’ve been working out since I was 20! It’s real bro!, when you’re shredded the aura is different! Body Game is where it’s at! #LeanIsLaw
