The sentencing for Crystal Rogers’ killer, Brooks Houck, took place on Wednesday afternoon, where friends and family delivered final victim impact statements describing the abuse, horror, and pain he has caused them since Rogers’ murder. Some statements stated that he was a horrible father, abusive, and thought he was invincible.
