I am so thankful her mother was still alive to see him arrested! Its about time!

The family, friends, county, state, and nation have been waiting for this. Wish I could hear it.

There should be no bond for anyone charged with murder.  No exceptions in any state.

Good lord! Been following this case for years... the whole country has... and you'd think this news channel COULD SET THE SOUND SYSTEM CORRECTLY SO WE COULD HEAR IT!!?!  I've got my earbuds in and am still struggling!

I hope to see this covered by Court TV so that we can watch this case. I have followed it for years as well. When I first saw this case, my heart literally felt so heavy that I've never gotten it out of my mind. I just recently thought about it , wondering if anything new had been discovered. It wasn't but a week or two this all came up in the news. My heart goes out to the Ballard family. I'll be watching closely from Oklahoma.

Justice for Crystal and Tommy….. Jason Ellis as well ❤

Can this be fixed the audio is so low you cant hear

Brooks Houck had to continue to strut around Bardstown like he hadn’t a care in the world after Crystal disappeared it was the best smokescreen he had. He was saying ‘see I didn’t do it- I’m still here’ and now his lawyer is using that as evidence to prove he’ll show up for trail if they lower his bail. SMH. Brooks and his family have the money for him to disappear and remain gone.

He is loaded but wouldn’t feed Crystals children. What a guy….😮 lock ‘‘em all up

I live 25 min over in the next county and This family deserves justice for her daughter and husband and Nick they are coming for you next !!!

If his family recorded the grand jury why aren’t they in prison. ??

That mother deserves her sons fate. She has blood on her hands.

I am thankful its got this far...slow and easy....Just waiting for Nick now...then arrest all the family members who recorded...

I believe that Crystal's family would be more at risk of getting murdered rather than Houck if he gets out on bond.

At last... 🙏🙏🙏
Send this entire dirty family behind bars

They should all be charged

It's really disrespectful the way his attorneys are laughing and giggling. No respect for the grieving family. 😢

Tick tock Nick 🚔 IMO you'll be joining your brother very soon. This family has waited a long time for justice.

I hope Mama Houks like to visit prisons…she’s gonna be a little busy!!!! They should throw her in too….

He’s got a good attorney, but imo he’s guilty as can be. Crystals mother and family deserve justice after all this time, I pray this trial brings a guilty conviction and life sentence… most  importantly the TRUTH ..

There is a reason his bond is 10 million. With the evidence they have right now. They act like this smug arrogant guy hasn't been walking around free for 8 years with no emotion to as why crystal was missing. His busyness and work ethic is a facade to the dirtyness of this family.
