Honeymooners is one of the funniest shows ever. I didn't know this exists. They did a great job.

I can’t believe you guys didn’t mention Jack’s walk in his impression of Gleason.

This is great television.... I've never seen this before. Two classic shows in one😂

Dennis Day knew how to sing and sell a song…a great talent.

The Thing about the Honeymooners is  There are two great comedy teams  , Gleason and Audrey Measows and Gleason and Art Carney .

This was a great skit.  Dennis really got Norton's moves down 🎉

"Ralph, you losing half a pound is like Bayonne losing a mosquito."

I thought I'd seen all the Jack Benny shows m but I've never seen this ,   Brilliant .
Jackie Gleason and The Honeymooners is my favorite show .

I love the way everything went in that chest of drawers in the real Honeymooners.

I watched the Honeymooners as a kid over and over, but this is the first one that made me laugh out loud.  Thanks. 😅😅😅

Jack Benny was doing , SNL long , long before SNL........Jack has always been my favorite

This is outstanding. Jack was brilliant as Ralph. Thank you for posting this

Brilliant!  Honestly I had no idea that Jack was such a skilled impressionist. I've always known he was one of he greats, but I thought his life's work was perfecting the same "Jack Benny character".

That was the best parody of Gleason and Carney's characters on the show. Meadows performance was impeccable. The script itself was exactly like a Honeymooner's
episode. An incredible live performance.

Jack was great in this spoof, absolutely fantastic.  But Dennis Day was even better if possible. What an under rated talent he truly was. And how did Audrey Meadows keep such a straight face?

~ I enjoyed watching "The Honeymooners" in their first run, as I was a kid growing up in the 1950s.  What I really also liked about that show, besides the fine acting, was the set, how simple it was and yet how effective it was. I just got done reading about these mega-mansions in Beverly Hills that contain as many as 12 bedrooms and 21 bathrooms, along with numerous entertainment rooms; and usually just two people live in the given home!  And then you look at "The Honeymooners," and how Ralph and Alice lived in essentially  one main room ( that served as the kitchen, dining room and living room, and a bedroom that was accessed  through a door near a chest of drawers in this main room; and I presume the bathroom was off of the bedroom, or down the hall. )  It's amazing that you can actually be happy living in a small home environment.  Thornton Wilder's play, "Our Town," is unique because of its minimal use of props and sets. A teenager in love who wanted to talk to the girl next door in her upstairs room, that in his own home he would simply climb up a ladder (to serve also as his second floor bedroom, and talked out into the air that simulated talking through an imaginary window across a space the audience doesn't see, and into an imaginary house next door, and to a girl who is also standing up on a ladder.  But the play is famous, beautifully written and very effective in its "developed simplicity."  Ultimately, what these examples of simple living situations found on the radio, in TV programs, and in various plays, ask us to do is to use our imaginations to fill in the missing details. I have always enjoyed listening to old radio programs, with the Golden Age of Radio promoting this concept called The Theater of the Mind experience.  You simply live through your imagination, and that is a beautiful way to view some of life's more interesting situations and stories.  That is why just plain storytelling is so wonderful, so beautiful of an experience:  You don't have to do anything but listen and allow your imagination to take you on a true adventure...and for free!

Gotta be in the top 10 greatest Jack Benny shows ever. I would say the very best ever, if not for Mel Blanc, Frank Nelson, Mr. Kitzel.....

Benny and O'Day were fantastic. Better than any SNL parody.

I was 12 Culver City where it seemed everything was made a few blocks away at MGM, later to hang around on the lots..
As a Cubscout I met Lucile at Vet's Park and made an embarrassing name mistake for my scout leader name I've remembered since.  Been down the street from what is now Sony for 75 yrs in C.C.

That was great!  Thank you!
