On Friday, May 29th, 2026, Heart of a Man hosted the DRIVEN Conference in partnership with College Park Church, where 1,200 men from 146 unique churches, 9 states, and 3 countries came together to worship, grow, and proclaim the name of Jesus! This message was from Lead Pastor of the Village Church, Author, and Leader, Matt Chandler, where he takes us through the Sermon on the Mount and the calling Jesus gives us as men to lead, love, serve, and follow Him with our lives. Massively powerful talk. We hope you will share it with your friends and family!

Amen, brothers, may our Father show you the man you were created to be, may He give us like-minded men who will lock shields with you and restore the hope of the gospel in our lives, our communities, our state,.our.country and the world.
Let's take back the ground that the enemy stole. We must change ourselves before we can change the world. God bless every person who reads this, in Jesus' name, Amen!
Thanks Matt. May God bless us all, including all that I have forwarded this video to.
It is powerfully good to hear the truth in a different form and delivery.
At this age the worst of me is gone. Being old has it's graces.
Andrea was/is the greatest change point in my life. Immediately. And still is. Battles, yes.
Undue anger, yes.
Betrayal never. Love always.
Weakness in my emotional abuse of her by enduring disrespect of her? Guilty as sin.
The coward in me manifested and cast over her. When I should have repelled the devils tounges that deflied her.
The false relationships. The forced company.
The double minded.
Those running on lies who became ill-intended.
All ... by the tounge and acts of the evil source.
That cowardice self-condemns me every day.
As does the entirety of my failings.
I re-live them one by one and actually shudder at my sin and my weakness.
Fear generates anger. Fear drives it to projection.
Today I have no fear of many things I used to. I chose to delete the sources.
I fear now for Andrea and our family, our grandchildren, and the evermore dangerous world we live in. Islands of goodness surrounded by hell. A sick polar nation obssessed with dooming pursuits. And the effects that fall on my family ... every day.
Ainsley asked Madison if she was going to be rich if Madison's real estate career succeeded? My answer would be ... to show her beautiful pictures of her youth ... that face so pure ... and tell her she always was and is ... rich beyond comprehension. A great mom and dad, siblings, home, church, school, sports, a brilliant mind, the freedom to use it, and the choice of friends and pursuits.
I fear stupidty, the end of worldy truths as we are drowning in falsity, the division, the hatred, and the loss unity in properly accepting and rectify the nations overwhelming failings and corruption. It has brought us to a time where 90% really can't afford to live here. Some by foolish living but 60% by perverse costs and govt/social/corporate intentioned failure of behavior.
Unsustainable and evil. Shallow, cowardly, and repulsive ... but we don't see those affected in the streets marching for change?
The movements of the 2000's have been/remain ... shallow idiocy driven by the hidden powerful hands of anarchy and evil.
I read and pray daily, and more. Andrea gave me a rosary I picked out and it gives me a reminder in my hand. A welcome reminder to be better. Convicts me of my failing in the moment. Stirs instant internal conversations. Properly causes me to consider my distant and just lived past as the case may be.
Reminds me of God ... and Jesus ... as my thumb runs over the cross.
Reminds me of how imperfect I am as I thumb the hard carved beads ... and yet ... just like the many beads ... still welcome, bound by a strong cord, kept in place and order by many gold bands, and connected to my Savior at the end of the cord.
It is peaceful above all. Grace ... which I am undeserving of.
Moments of quiet and peace in my mind.
Acceptance of decline in health, wellness, and both painful physical function and touches of disconnection between thoughts and speech. Of a year of required multiple surgeries that may work ... but push my fitness back farther by the event.
I declined the offer on injections to deal with my proliferation of skin cancers. A 30% decline in muscle, fatigue, and the mental effects of being medically poisoned? Insanity! Death before death. My end of days will come in other ways.
People choose their relationships and friendships. They see a good in others that outweigh the failings. My family is populated by incredibly good, sincere, well-intentioned, hard-working, right-minded, faith-filled, and successful people. Consider them each individually.
Look at how wonderfully you have evolved into the father and husband you are. Heart, hard work on all fronts, faith, and execution. Congratulations. It's my privilege to witness and to know this. You put peace in my heart. I will pass in the comfort of knowing a great father and husband will protect and provide for/with my equally wonderful daughter.
As I do/have for Andrea. By whom I have been blessed far more than I deserve. Far!
When I met Andrea ... God put life change infront of me. I didn't see it. I never dishonored her, but I sadly suffered her in my ways and requests of her. She should have walked away many times. But she didn't. We love each other beyond what anyone understands. Our greatest mutual regret is not having met sooner. Of Madison not being born to us. Yes, that's a comment Andrea makes often. Not as a dismissal of someone else at all. As a loss of her being with us and her sisters and all we missed of her. It hurts.
My remaining life will be filled with far less grand but hopefully more meaningful times with each and with all.
My last big, and for me, absolutely overwhelmed in joy, totally lost in the perfection, and so grateful Ash and Tay were there ... was our 3 days at Barber Motorsports for track days.
Here is the forgotten part ... I paid for this BEFORE my cancer surgery 20+ years ago ... Madison and Andrea were listed.
Then, I couldn't go and kept moving it out. They knew my circumstance. Porsche kept my credit for 24 or so years. At no increase in cost. Who does that?
I asked Madison to go but it is definitely not an event for moms to be. For me, all three would haven been heaven.
As was, I called Andrea after the last track session, sitting trackside in this wonderous place, looking across at Ash and Tay, after witnessing them do almost impossible and courageous things for three days ... and I said to Andrea ... "Sweetheart, if I never say them again, if I died tonight, my heart would be filled with confidence in them, love for them, and unending gratitude for being their father."
One day, when I am older than dirt ... perhaps I will take Truett or Ainsley ... and relive this joy.
Better yet, perhaps Madison has a desire to go. I will cover my daughter. And I would sincerely hope you would come and enjoy it for yourself. There is no way to describe the experience and benefit, our emersion and fun together.
I have gone on and on. Prompted by your kindness. It's a grace of it's own. Thank you!
Hoping for the best, no time left for the rest. Living better by the day and grateful for my changes and those who love me. At a loss over the distances and difficulties, the nonsense barriers, my surgeries, and the ugly absurdities or people who wormed their ruinous way into this beautiful apple of a famly life.
No more. No more. No more. That has been cast out.
God bless each one ... and prayers for all.
Jesus may have acknowledged where people were at but He NEVER focused on the dysfunction. He always called them up.
Why not teach the men who they ARE (right now) in Christ, and there’s absolutely ZERO separation between them and God. Why not dive deeper into their True Identitiy and then in this it time, have them as Father who He sees them to be.
This type of ‘ministry’ is coming quickly to a close and I can’t wait to see it happen. It will be glorious when ‘accountability’ means ‘account for your ability.
Matt simply kept them in the ‘account for your disability’ mindset and it never lasts or works.
