woah! EVO was like Spore 20 years before Spore!

I remember buying secret of evermore as I loved secret of mana, so I bought it at toys r us when it came out and fell in love! The art style is so dope

Star Ocean, Tales of Phantasia, Seiken 3, Terranigma, Secret of Mana are my favorites

Wow! I've been missing  out on a lot, I'm having a great time with these games. Thanks for keeping us informed about these awesome RPGs, it's definitely an expansion on the gaming library.

Illusion of Gaia although it was called Illusion of Time where I'm from is one of my absolute favorites

found many gems here, thanks for the list!

I remember how excited I was to FINALLY play Star Ocean and Seiken Densetsu 3. Both were absolutely fabulous games that had me hooked until the very end...just beautiful games.

Of course Final Fantasy 6 and Secret of Mana were special...I would mention Ogre Tactics. A more strategic RPG....loved it.

Love Lagoon and have the best soundtrack in an Snes game :)

Gulliver boy was pretty wild.

I see seiken 3 i click like :P

2:33  esse Ganpuru eu não conhecia, conheci no seu canal e baixei, estou adorando o jogo..muito divertido 😁

Not an SNES game but absolutely inspired by the SNES, Crosscode is my absolute favorite action rpg of all time. The game is massive! The story is actually amazing and so different from most of the very generic and cookie cutter rpgs we get so much of. The music is grandiose and magnificent, the pixel art is vibrant and beautiful, the world feels lived in and there's so much in-game lore and world building and the npcs have life. There's so many side quests that are actually fun. Some of them are short and simple while others are complex and add to the lore or introduce new characters, and there are really cool and powerful weapons and armor and items that you can only get by doing said side quest and there's even quite a bit of bosses that can only be found and fought through doing these optional side quests. The combat is extremely fun and never gets old. It's all real time and you can swap between 4 elements and do combos and use melee and ranged attacks. There is a tone of strategy to it and there is a skill tree so every level gives you a skill point to place on the massive skill tree. The tree has 5 different sections. One for each element and your base skills which are element free. The branches on the tree include stat boosts, new moves, different kinds of passive skills and you can actually switch back and forth between different paths on the fly. It's the most cool and fun skill tree I've encountered in any game. It really let's you customize your play style, not just the stats. So it makes for amazing replay value and allows for awesome player expression. If you like action rpgs and you haven't played Crosscode.... go play it!
God bless

Chaos Seed👍👍👍

Damn I loved Star Oceans battle system

I used to grind for hours and for days after beating the game just because it was fun lol

Nice list, thanks, some games in this list I've never heard about. I still prefer A-RPGs rather than turnbased rpgs

Star oceans translucent blue menus to this day still bring me so much indescribable joy!  I don’t know what it is. That and samus’s screw attack colors in super. Maybe I’m autistic lmao

soul blazer is a must play

7:18 "Neugier" is the German word for "curiosity" - you're welcome! :)

Ruin arm is also a good arpg
