I love TCM. Just like a Canadian Chinese professor trained in both western and TCM medicine, said, "If western medicine cannot cure a disease, that does not mean Chinese traditional medicine also cannot cure."

I had a major hives outbreak all over my body recently, no amount of Benedryl or Claritin worked, trust me, I gave the meds 5 days to fix the problem. DIdn't work, hives got worse. I went to Chinese TCM, and low and behold, after TWO doses of the dark colored tea, the Hives began to shrink! Itching went away! I kept on drinking the bitter tea, and the hives went away in 4 days. The bag of dried plants, roots, and bark really did work. Best $180 bucks spent.

I am giving me some down time since I spent this weekend studying. I have my exam that will be released this afternoon. So I have within the last few days been dabbling into Daoism and the Chinese medicine practices. I am Chinese, but I was adopted by 2 mums'. I wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for them. While there's no perfect family and I know I will need to create a new family, I still want to take these principles with me.

As an Herbalist I love seeing where and how herbs are harvested and that people are farming herbs and young people are interested in continuing a family tradition/business.

Incredibly dramatic opening. Chinese medicine is so intense, but so "-- is it workimg? I cant feel it". I thought I had ALS but I had a brain tumor, and went to an Chinese doctor who specialized in neurology, two sessions later I was like, healed completely

Outstanding documentary. Good it is in English as you open another big audience. Perhaps the producer may consider having French, Spanish and German subtitles too. The whole world is eager to learn about TCM so the producer will do well to take in to account. By appreciating TCM and preserving herbs and plants with medicinal values, we are indirectly doing conservation work. Keep up the great work.

Sumergirse en el conocimiento de la medicinas tradicionales, buscar una maestria en el arte oriental. China nos abra la oportunidad a latinoamericanos que necesiten estudiar y divulgar esta antigua cultura sin demonizarla, ocultando su saber.
